In a highly contested medical provider lawsuit, John Hohmeier and Dennis Klimek successfully convinced the court that the injured person, who never filed their own suit, intentionally made material misrepresentations to the insurance carrier about the facts of the alleged accident.  As a result, the court dismissed the case with prejudice.
